2010
The Beginning
Blackwell Global begins its history in New Zealand (regulated with an FSP licence) as an online trading specialist that provided trading platforms and advanced tools to private and institutional clients.
2011
Expansion
Blackwell Global expands with an entity in Cyprus, holding the CySec licence.
2015
New Offering
In March, through our associated companies, Blackwell Prime Solutions and the award-winning institutional platform, Blackwell Trader Pro, were launched to offer enhanced liquidity and highly efficient trading opportunities to institutional clients.
2016
FCA Regulation
The Blackwell Global group acquires the FCA licence for Blackwell Global Investments (UK) Limited, officially launching the brokerage in UK for Europe, South America and Middle East markets, with Patrick Latchford appointed as CEO.
